Service Level Agreement
1Scope
This SLA applies to paid plans of the consostack platform once generally available. It does not apply to Free plans, previews, beta features, or your own application code and configuration.
2Uptime commitment
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Service available at least [e.g., 99.9%] of the time each calendar month, measured as Monthly Uptime Percentage.
3Definitions
- Downtime
- Periods when the Service control plane or your running application is unavailable due to our infrastructure, excluding items in Section 5.
- Monthly Uptime Percentage
- (Total minutes in the month − Downtime) ÷ total minutes, × 100.
4Service credits
If we miss the commitment, you may be eligible for a credit against a future invoice:
| Monthly Uptime | Credit |
|---|---|
| < 99.9% and ≥ 99.0% | [10%] |
| < 99.0% and ≥ 95.0% | [25%] |
| < 95.0% | [50%] |
Credits are your sole and exclusive remedy for availability shortfalls.
5Exclusions
The commitment does not apply to unavailability caused by: scheduled maintenance (announced in advance); factors outside our reasonable control (force majeure, upstream network or provider failures); your application, code, or configuration; exceeding plan limits; suspension for AUP or non-payment; or preview/beta features.
6Claiming credits
Request a credit within [e.g., 30 days] of the incident by emailing [SUPPORT EMAIL] with dates, times, and affected resources. Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.
7Support targets
Target first-response times (not guaranteed during preview): [e.g., Free: best-effort; Pro: 1 business day; Team: 8 business hours; Enterprise: 4 hours].
